Lightly Marinated Soy Chicken Wing with Ginger, King Mushroom & Chestnut Ingredients
Norwegian Salmon with Green Apple & Leak Ingredients
- 300g chicken wings
- 120g king oyster mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 50g chestnut, cooked
- 50g carrot, sliced thickly
- 5g ginger, sliced
- 5g Chinese rice wine
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Marinate chicken with Chinese rice wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Preheat TupperChef™ Inspire Fryer over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Place mushrooms, carrots, chestnuts, in the fryer without oil. Place marinated chicken on top.
- Cover with lid, close the valve, reduce to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Norwegian Salmon with Green Apple & Leak Ingredients
- 2 pcs (approximately 120g) Norwegian salmon fillet
- 1 green apple, diced
- 100g leeks, sliced
- 1g fresh dill
- 1 lemon (set aside zest as garnishing)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Seasoned Japanese seaweed, chopped for garnishing
- Season salmon with lemon, salt and fresh dill and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Preheat TupperChef™ Inspire Fryer over high heat for 1 minute.
- Place apple and leeks into fryer without oil.
- Place marinated salmon on top.
- Cover with lid, close the valve, reduce to low heat and cook for not more than 3 minutes.
- Remove cover and add lemon juice to deglaze salmon.
- Transfer the apple and leeks confit onto plate. Place salmon on top of confit.
- Sprinkle seasoned Japanese seaweed and lemon zest to serve.
