Onion…. I’m so over you. No more tears!
Just keep onions in the fridge for 20 minutes and start peeling and chopping. When chopping, cut in half from crown to root, place the flat side of the cut onion on the board, cut horizontally so each slice is a “C” shape. Stack the “C”s up and slice across the flat side to get nice, square dices.
