Mince Fish Fillet, Prawn meat, Kaffir Lime Leaf and Daun Kesum in Fusion Master Mincer.
Add in the rest of the ingredients into the minced fish. Mix well.
Wilt the cleaned banana leaves under direct heat or boiling water. Fold up 4 banana leaf cups using Magic Tower.
Arrange Banana leaf cups into Steam-It. Put 3 to 4 Daun Kesum into each cups. Fill the cups with fish mixture and top with some extra coconut cream.
Place Steam-It into Inspire Fryer, and steam the Thai Otak-Otak for 18 to 20 minutes or until it is completely cooked.
For garnishing, add coriander leaf and chillies on top.
