Ingredients
  • 2 cups Thai Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic, bruised
  • 2 shallot, bruised
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Lemongrass, bruised
  • 2 slices ginger, julienned
Method
  1. Combine both Thai Jasmine Rice and Basmati Rice. Rinse well and drained.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients into the rice. Adjust water level to your preferred softness of the rice. Give it a stir.
  3. Cook rice in rice cooker until rice is cooked. Toss the rice, and let it keep warm in the rice cooker for another 10 mins before serving.
