Clean the pomfret and season salt.
Heat Black Series Fry Pan 28cm and fry the fish until cooked. Set aside.
Stir-fry mince paste and diced onion.
Add ketchup and chilli sauce along with the rest of the vegetables. Add a little water if. sauce is too thick.
When sauce comes to a boil, add in salt and sugar to taste.
Pour sweet and sour sauce over fried pomfret.
Ready to serve.
