Instructions

Method

  1. Clean the pomfret and season salt.

  2. Heat Black Series Fry Pan 28cm and fry the fish until cooked. Set aside.

  3. Stir-fry mince paste and diced onion.

  4. Add ketchup and chilli sauce along with the rest of the vegetables. Add a little water if. sauce is too thick.

  5. When sauce comes to a boil, add in salt and sugar to taste.

  6. Pour sweet and sour sauce over fried pomfret.

  7. Ready to serve.

  • 1 whole pomfret (medium)
  • 5 mini tomatoes/ regular tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 capsicum, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • some pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Mince into paste (Using Turbo Chopper)
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 garlic clove
