Instructions

Method

  1. Blitz Sponge Finger in Extra Chef. Distribute Sponge Fingers evenly onto 6 Sweet Mini Keepers.

  2. Mix Coffee Powder, Castor Sugar and Kahlua in a bowl, stir till the sugar is melted. Pour coffee mixture over Sponge Fingers.

  3. Whip egg whites in Speedy Chef till soft peak. Remove egg whites from Speedy Chef.

  4. With the same Speedy Chef, whip up room temperature Mascarpone Cheese, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk and Whipping Cream until combined. Fold the egg whites into the mascarpone cheese mixture.

  5. Pour mascarpone cheese on top of the Sponge Fingers. Cover with lid, and keep it refrigerated for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  6. To serve, sieve cocoa powder on top of the Tiramisu, top with Shaved Chocolates, Strawberries and Fresh Mints. For more Christmassy feel, Candy Cane is a must.
