Stewed Napa Cabbage
1/2 Napa Cabbage, around 800g
1 pack Shimeji Mushroom
Handful of Carrot Slices
400 ml Chicken Stock
50 g Dried Shrimps
4 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Roughly chop dried shrimps and garlic in Turbo Chopper.
Add chopped dried shrimps, garlic and cooking oil in UltraPro 2.0L. Give it a mix, and Microwave at high for 1 minute.
Cut Napa Cabbage into the right height (about 2 inches) to fit into UltraPro 2.0L.
Arrange cut Napa Cabbage nicely in UltraPro, pack them up and put Shimeji in the middle. And arrange sliced carrots at the side.
Pour chicken stock over, and Microwave for 15mins under medium heat.
Note : Cooking time may vary for this dish as the softness level of the Napa Cabbage may vary on individual preference. Do add more chicken stock if one prefer more soupy.
This recipe is not advisable to do stack cooking. If stack cooking is performed with this recipe, cooking time will need to increase.
