Chop onions and garlic in turbo chopper.
Heat up Inspire Saucepan, add olive oil, sauté chopped onions and garlic till soften and looked translucent.
Pour in canned tomatoes, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir, and let the mixture cook under medium heat till thickened considerably. Taste the sauce. Adjust to individual preference. Let the cooked sauce to cool slightly.
Purée the cooled mixture in turbo chopper in two batches.
This recipe makes 2 portions of dips.
