Instructions

Method

  1. Prepare a portion of Cilicuka using Smooth Chopper (Refer to Cilicuka Best Recipe).

  2. Heat up Cilicuka with cooking oil using UltraPro in Microwave for 2mins on High.

  3. Blitz cooked prawn meat in Smooth Chopper with a few pull.

  4. Add prawn meat, tomato ketchup, fish sauce, sugar, salt and pepper into the UltraPro. Stir well.

  5. Remove Smooth Chopper blade. Crack in 2 eggs, and replace paddle whisk attachment. Give it a few pull to beat the eggs.

  6. Pour the eggs onto UltraPro. Give it a few gentle stir to ensure eggs are distributed to the corner. Microwave on High for 3mins. Take it out, give it a stir, and continue to cook for another 5mins.

  7. Garnish the Chilli Crab dip with some spring onions. Serve along with some steamed or fried mantous.

  8. Note : Fresh prawn meats can be replaced with canned crab meat or fresh meaty crabs of your choice. If you prefer the dip to be less heavy, use 2 eggs instead of 3.

  • 300 ml Tomato Ketchup
  • 300 g Fresh Prawn Meat
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • Some spring onions as garnish
  • Some Steamed or Fried Mantous to go along with the dip
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (or more)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (or more)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (or more)
