1 Yellow Squash
4 tbsp Pasta Sauce
Some Grated Cheddar Cheese
Some Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste (as needed)
Slice Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant and Tomatoes with Mando Chef.
Add a tablespoon of Pasta Sauce on Cocotte, and arrange vegetable slices uniformly. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Add remaining 3 tablespoons of Pasta Sauce on top of the vegetables, followed by grated cheese. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Microwave it in the oven on high for 5mins, and transfer it into the oven for 5mins.
Let Ratatouille cool down for 5mins before serving. Add some shaved Parmesan cheese on top before serve.
Note : Do not overcrowd the vegetables in Cocotte, or it may have spillage during cooking process.
