Ingredients
  • 10 Eggs (Size B)
  • 200 gm Fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 200 gm Potatoes, diced
  • 50 gm Spring onions, finely cut
  • 150 gm Onions, finely cut or diced
  • 60 gm Prawns, diced
  • 100 gm Minced chicken
  • 50 ml Fresh milk
  • 100 gm Button mushroom
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Fish gravy
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken stock
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir till well mixed.
  2. Heat up the Casserole Pot with low flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Casserole Pot.
  4. Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes with medium flame.
  5. Reduce to low flame for another 10 minutes.
  6. Flip it out to a plate and put back to the pot, simmer for another 5 minutes with low flame.
