  1. Clean the stingrays.

  2. Layer 2 - 3 pieces of banana leaves. Spread 1/6 of grilled fish sauce on the banana leaves and place stingrays on top. Spread the remaining sauce on the stingrays. Place sliced lady's fingers and four-angled beans on the stingrays. Wrap and fold nicely.

  3. Heat up Black Series 28cm Fry Pan. Put in the wrapped stingrays and cover with lid. Let the fish grill for 15 minuted on medium heat.

  4. Once cooked, garnish the dish with slices of red chilli onion slices then serve with lime on top.


  • 2 pieces of stingray (medium size)
  • 1 pack of Portuguese grilled fish sauce (about 200g)
  • Sufficient banana leaves (place on fire to softened for easy folding)
  • 2 limes
  • 2 lady's fingers (small slices)
  • 2 four-angled beans (small slices)
  • Petai (optional)
  • Garnishing Ingredients: Red Chilli and Onion
