In a mixing bowl, mi.x plain flour, instant yeast, and salt.
For wet ingredients, mix lukewarm water with honey until dissolved. Add eggs and melted unsalted butter. Give it a stir.
Pour in wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix everything together using a spatula until it has formed a rough and very wet dough. No kneading is required.
Cover the bowl well with cling-wrap. Let the dough sit overnight undisturbed for proofing
The next day, pour the dough onto a floured worktop. Lightly shape the dough into a ball. Add some flour to prevent sticking, but do not use too much flour as it will dry up the dough,
Proof the bread dough for 1 hour.
Coat UltraPro 2.0L with cooking spray before putting the bread dough in. Sprinkle sea salt, black sesame seed and white sesame seed on top. Spray another layer of cooking spray on top of the bread dough.
Bake the bread at pre-heated oven at 240 Degree Celsius, covered with UltraPro 800ml for 20 mins.
Remove Ultra Pro 800ml cover, and let it bake for another 20 mins uncovered or until the bread has achieved desired browning.
