Instructions

Method

  1. Cut potatoes into bite size. Cut sweet corn into 5 portions. Cut Chorizo sausages to 1cm thick. Clean and prepare Prawns and Squid.

  2. Chop Yellow Onions in Turbo Chopper. Put chopped onions and butter into UltraPro 3.5L. Microwave on high, covered, for 2 mins.

  3. Give cooked onions a mix. Add in Old Bay Spice, Black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup and water. Mix well.

  4. Add in Potatoes, Sweet Corn, Chorizo Sausages. Covered, and microwave it on high heat for 12mins.

  5. Add Squid and Prawns. Microwave for another 3mins. Give it a stir, covered and let it rest for 5mins.

  6. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
