  1. Combine all ingredients A into Inspire Saucepan, mix well. Bring mixture to a boil until sugar dissolves completely.

  2. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.

  3. Meanwhile, combine ingredients B into That's a Bowl, mix well.

  4. Once the syrup has cooled down, pour bit by bit into mixture B and stir well to avoid lumps.

  5. Brush some oil to the surface of Snack Cup. Then, pour batter into Snack Cup.

  6. Heat ups Steam it and steam your kuih for 15 - 20 mins on moderate heat until cooked.

  7. Allow the kuih to cool for a while then run a small knife around the edges before removing it from Snack Cup.

  8. Mix with grated coconut and your kuih is now ready to serve.
