Ingredients
  • 50 g Potatoes
  • 50 g Spring Onions
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 2 tsp Kimchi Base
  • 70 g Cake Flour
  • 30 g Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100 g Prawn Meat
  • 50 g Kimchi, chopped
  • 50 g Yellow Onions
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 90 g Water
Method
  1. Grate Potatoes and Carrot using Easylogic Grater (Coarse Blade).
  2. Cut Spring Onions into 5cm length and slice Yellow Onions.
  3. Prepare prawn meat , slice into half, or diced.
  4. Put all ingredients into That’s A Bowl and mix well.
  5. Spray cooking spray on UltraPro 800ml.
  6. Spread half portion mixture evenly on UltraPro 800ml. Spray another layer of cooking spray on top of the pancake to give a nice gloss.
  7. Microwave Pancake for 5 mins on high heat.
  8. Take Pancake out of the Microwave, transfer it into pre-heated oven for15mins at 250 Degree Celsius, position it nearer to the top heating element, but still remain a safe distance (about 5 to 7cm) away from top heating element.
  9. Let Pancake rest for 5 mins before serving. Korean Pancake is best served with dipping sauce.
