Method
Chop dried shrimps using Turbo Chopper.
For cucumber : Cut off the ends, slice in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, run it down the middle, scooping out the seeds.
Grate Mangoes, Cucumber, Carrot in Mando Chef with Grating Blade attachment.
Secure 4 shallots by pushing it into the Mando Chef Food Guider pin. Slice Shallot in Mando Chef with Slicing Blade (Dial to thickness 1)
Finely slice chilli padi, kaffir lime leaf, and roughly cut the coriander leaves
To assemble, put all prepared ingredients in a salad tossing bowl. Give it a toss, and Kerabu Mangga is ready.
Note : Kerabu is best served immediately once it is tossed. Peanuts is a very good accompaniment for this salad dish. Do adjust the saltiness and sweetness of the dish according to your preferred tastebud.

- 2 Young Green Mangoes, skin removed
- 1/2 Cucumber, skin remain
- 1 Carrot, skin removed
- Juices from 3 Green Lime
- 25 g Dried Shrimps, soaked
- 2 Sprig Coriander Leaves
- 4 Shallot
- 6 Chilli Padi, sliced
- 1 Kaffir Lime Leaf
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fine Sugar
