Ingredients
  • 4 cups Rolled oats
  • 120 gm Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • A little vanilla essence
  • Nuts *additional only if needed
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 160ÂșC.
  2. In That's a Bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and mix well with a Spatula.
  3. Meanwhile, in the Inspire Saucepan, put in butter, honey and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Then, turn off heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Next, combine all mixture in That's a Bowl and mix well with the Spatula. Place mixture into M-Press to shape.
  5. Lastly, bake for 15-20 minutes and let cool slightly before serving.
