Hearty Potato Cheese Soup
150 g Russet Potato (1 large potato)
150 g Kraft Cheddar Cheese Block
150 g Whipping Cream
150 g Chicken Stock
Some courons as garnishing
2 tbsp Butter
1 Large Yellow Onion
380 ml Water
1/2 tsp Pepper
Grate Potatoes using Easilogic Grater (Fine Blade)
Grate Cheese Block using Easilogic Grater (Coarse Blade)
Chop yellow onions finely in Turbo Chopper.
Add in chopped onions and butter into UltraPro. Microwave it for 2mins on High. Stir during interim.
Add in all other ingredients (except croutons). Stir well. Microwave it for 10mins. Stir once during interim.
To serve, garnish with croutons.
This recipe can be doubled-up to 4 or 6 servings or more. Simply just change Loaf Pan into UltraPro 3.5L Base or 2.0L Base to fit in the ingredients.
Do remember to increase the cooking time accordingly if the recipe amount increased.
This recipe yield two soup mugs serving.
