Healthy Burger With Salad
Burger Patty Ingredients :
480 g Boneless Chicken Thigh
40 g Button Mushroom
35 g Sweet Corn Kernels
1 Sprig Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Burger Assembling :
4 Burger Buns + Some Butter
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
8 Lettuce Leaves
8 Onion Rings
1 Tomato, sliced
Some Tomato Sauce or Chilli Sauce
Some Mixed Salad Leaves * Asian Salad Dressing
Remove Skin from Chicken Thigh. Cut into big chunks.
Mince Chicken Thigh, Button Mushrooms, Spring Onions, Shallot, and Garlic in Fusion Master Mincer. Mix well with Salt & Pepper.
Divide meat mixture into 4 portions. Shape meat mixture into 4 thick meat patty.
Heat up Inspire Fryer 26cm with some cooking oil. Fry meat patty under medium heat until cooked.
Cut burger bun into half, spread some butter on each side and toast burger buns in pre-heated oven until slightly crisp on the bun.
Put Salad Leaves into Spinning Chef, wash Salad Leaves with Nano Nature Filtered Water. Drain off the water. Give the salad a few spin and salad leaves are ready.
Assemble burger accordingly, serve Salad Leaves alongside, and drizzle some Asian Salad Dressing (See Recipe)
Serving suggestions : Ingredients for burger assembling can be changed to suit individual preference. Beef, Pork or Lamb can also be used to replace Chicken Meat.
