Method
Mix all ingredient together.
Then, place the ingredients into a pan.
Saute for 4/5 hours till the ingredients are cooked thoroughly .
Use aluminium foil with banana leaves or turmeric leaves.
Coat the fish with seasoning.
Then, grill fish for 20 minutes using Casserole Pot over medium heat.
Ingredients
- ½kg red onion
- 4 large sweet onion
- 1 garlic
- 10 dried chilies
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 inch galangal
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 stalks lemongrass
- 2 stalks torch ginger flower
- 1 handful kesum leaf
- 2 candlenuts
- 4 slices palm sugar
- Salt / ajinomoto
- Talapia fish (according to your liking)
