Method
Method (Individual Cooking) :
Combine both rice. Rinse and drained.
Put drained rice into Ultra Pro 2.0L or 3.5L. Add in butter, chopped garlic, chicken stock, and water. Give it a stir and cover.
Microwave rice on high heat for 5mins, and 9mins on low heat.
Stir the cooked rice, let it rest 5mins before serving.
Method (Stack Cooking with Chicken) :
Combine both rice. Rinse and drained.
Put drained rice into Ultra Pro 3.5L. Add in butter, chopped garlic, chicken stock, and water. Give it a stir and cover.
Stack half-cooked chicken (UltraPro 2.0L) on top of the rice (UltraPro 3.5L).
Microwave stacked rice and chicken on high heat for 10mins and transfer to pre-heated oven to cook for another 10mins at 240 Degree.
Stir the cooked rice, let it rest 5mins before serving.
