Method
Easy Lemon Herbed Rice
Put drained rice into Ultra Pro 2.0L or 3.5L. Add in butter, chicken stock, and water. Give it a stir and cover.
Microwave rice on high heat for 5mins, and 9mins on low heat.
Stir the cooked rice, let it rest 5mins .
Sprinkle chopped coriander, spring onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Give it a mix and its ready to serve.
Ingredients
- 150 g Jasmine Rice (1 cup)
- 150 g Basmati Rice (1 cup)
- 300 ml Chicken Stock (2 cups)
- 150 ml Water (1 cup)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Some Chopped Coriander
- Some Chopped Spring Onions
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/4 Lemon of Juice
- Salt + Pepper to taste
