Instructions

Method

  1. Easy Lemon Herbed Rice

  2. Put drained rice into Ultra Pro 2.0L or 3.5L. Add in butter, chicken stock, and water. Give it a stir and cover.

  3. Microwave rice on high heat for 5mins, and 9mins on low heat.

  4. Stir the cooked rice, let it rest 5mins .

  5. Sprinkle chopped coriander, spring onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Give it a mix and its ready to serve.

  • 150 g Jasmine Rice (1 cup)
  • 150 g Basmati Rice (1 cup)
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock (2 cups)
  • 150 ml Water (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Some Chopped Coriander
  • Some Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 Lemon of Juice
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
