Method
Marinade Chicken Drumsticks with 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder. Set aside.
Finely chop ginger and shallot using Turbo Chopper.
Add Red Curry Paste, ginger, shallot, lemon chilli sauce with 5 tbsp cooking oil in UltraPro. Mix thoroughly.
Cook mixed spices in Microwave on High for 5mins, stirring once during interim.
Add Desiccated Coconut, Coconut Milk, and Gula Melaka. Mix well.
Add in Chicken Drumsticks, and ensure all drumsticks are well coated with spices.
Cook it in Microwave on high heat for 10mins (for stack cooking, medium heat should be used, and increase cooking time by 5mins)
Let cooked Rendang rest for at least 10mins before serving. Rendang is best served with Nasi Lemak. (See Nasi Lemak Recipe)

- 270 ml Coconut Milk
- 150 g Red Curry Paste
- 20 g Ginger
- 100 g Shallot
- 1 tsp Lemon Chilli Sauce
- 5 tbsp Cooking Oil
