Instructions

Method

  1. Melt butter in UltraProTM loaf pan. Grease the UltraProTM loaf pan with remaining butter.

  2. Roughly chop walnut with Extra Chef, and pour chopped walnut into a bowl for later use.

  3. Add Milk, Banana and Melted Butter and Eggs into Extra Chef. Give it a few pull to chop the bananas.

  4. Add the remaining dry ingredients into Extra Chef and give it a few pull to get the batter just mixed well. Do not over-mix it.

  5. Remove Extra Chef blades. Add in chopped walnut, fold in the walnuts.

  6. Pour batter into UltraProTM loaf pan. Sprinkle more chopped walnuts on top of the cake batter for decorations as desired.

  7. Bake cake in the Microwave for 5mins (High).

  8. Transfer cake into pre-heated Oven for 5mins at 240 Degree, or until the cake has achieved your desired brown top.

  9. Let baked cake cooled completely before removing from loaf pan.

  • 1 midgetful Fresh Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 50 g Brown Sugar
  • 80 g Castor Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 30 g Mayonnaise
