Method
Whisk together Egg, Cream, Sugar, and Vanilla.
Slice Croissant into half, separating top croissant and bottom croissant.
Lay bottom half croissant in UltraPro 2.0L evenly. Sprinkle half chocolate chips on top.
Gently pour half egg mixture on top, pressing the Croissant layer to absorb the egg mixture.
Lay top half croissant on top, and pour the remaining mixture over, pressing the Croissant layer to absorb the egg mixture. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Microwave Bread Pudding for 15mins on high heat.
Transfer Bread Pudding to the pre-heated oven for 5mins at 240 Degree.
Note : The amount of chocolate chips depends very much on individual preference. You may change chocolate chips to raisins.
