Crispy Fish Floss
250 g Boneless White Fish Meat
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame (Optional) Seaweed Strips (Optional)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Chinese Cooking Wine
1 1/2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Heat up 1L water with Inspire Saucepan. Put fish meat into the boiling water. Cook thoroughly and drain.
Mince cooked fish meat in Fusion Master Mincer.
Heat up Inspire Wok. Add minced fish meat into the wok. Stir fry until the fish meat semi-dry under medium heat.
Add in Soy Sauce, Sugar, Wine and Garlic Powder.
Lower heat, stir fry for another 5 minutes and add in cooking oil.
Fry until fish floss turned completely cooled before storing into air-tight Tupperware container.
Optional suggestion : Toasted Sesame Seed and crispy seaweed strips can be added into to the cooled fish floss to enhance the taste.
