Place cold butter slice on top of the Bread slice.
Beat egg white with Speedy Chef till stiff peak.
Fold in Salt, Pepper, Parmesan and Cheddar into the egg white using spatula. Do not over-fold. Stop folding once ingredients are mixed well.
Put egg white on top of the buttered Bread Slice. Gently pour egg yolk on top of the egg white.
Bake Cloudy Toast in the Pre-heated oven at 230 Degree for 5 minutes.
Serve with some chopped spring onions or chives as garnishing.
