Remove seeds from Red Chillies and Bird’s Eye Chillies.
Add everything together in Smooth Chopper. Give it a vigorous pull. Stop when the chillies has achieved the desired fine texture.
Tips : If you prefer more spicy, you may keep some chilli seeds.
Note : Cilicuka is a very versatile sauce. It can be eaten with Chicken wings, fried oyster omelette, handmade noodles, chicken rice, keropok, popiah, kueh pie tee, ngoh hiang, spring rolls. It can also convert into chilli mayo dip and chilli crab dip easily by adding other ingredients.
