110 g Butter
410 ml Fresh Milk
240 g Plain Flour
45 g Cocoa Powder
65 g Castor Sugar
1/2 tsp Fine Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
Melt Butter using Micro Pitcher in the oven for 1 minute.
Beat eggs in Extra Chef until foamy. Add in melted butter and milk. Beat well.
Combine dry ingredients together (Flour, Cocoa powder, Sugar, Salt, Baking powder. Mix well.
Add mixed dry ingredients into the milk mixture. Mix until the batter is well combined.
Place Silicone Form Waffle onto the baking rack and spray some cooking oil on it.
Pour batter onto the Silicone Form Waffle. Bake the waffles under pre-heated oven for 9mins at 230 Degree Celsius.
Remove waffles from the oven, cook pattern waffle side up for further 5 minutes or until it achieve your desired crisp texture.
For Nutella Sauce, microwave Nutella and whipping cream in the oven for 1 minute using Micro Pitcher. Stir well and serve.
This recipe makes about 10 waffles.
