Chop 80g Walnuts in Extra Chef. Pour the chopped walnuts in That’s A Bowl.
Add Cake Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt straight into Extra Chef.
Add in the chopped walnuts, Peanut Oil and 1 Egg. Give Extra Chef a few pull and the cookie dough is well mixed. Transfer the cookie dough into That’s A Bowl.
Scoop Walnut Cookies using Tupperware Measuring Spoon (Tablespoon) for each cookies to shape. Push the shaped cookie dough out of the tablespoon and place it on a baking sheet. Make a dimple in the middle of every cookies using 1/8 Teaspoon Measuring Spoon.
Brush cookies with egg wash, and decorate with some walnuts.
Bake Cookies in pre-heated oven at 175 degree Celsius for 20mins.
Let cookies cooled completely and transfer to Tupperware One-Touch to stay fresh and crisp.
