Ingredients
  • 500 g Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Method
  1. Mince Chicken Breast in Fusion Master Mincer.
  2. Add in the rest of the nuggets ingredients into the minced chicken. Mix well and leave it marinade for 20mins. Do adjust salt, pepper and sugar accordingly to suit to your preferred taste.
  3. Scoop a tablespoon of meat mixture, shape and press it with another tablespoon (quenelle method), and drop the meat on Italian Bread Crumbs. Coat the meat well with Bread Crumbs.
  4. For Fried Nuggets : Pre-heat enough oil for deep-frying using Inspire Saucepan 2.0L. Deep fry chicken nuggets under medium heat until nuggets turned golden brown.
  5. For Baked Nuggets : Spray UltraPro 800ml with some oil and arrange Chicken Nuggets on UltraPro 800ml. Spray some oil on top of the Chicken Nuggets, and bake it on a pre-heated oven at 230 Degree Celsius, 15mins each side.
  6. For Dipping Sauce : Mix all dipping sauce ingredients together and serve with Chicken Nuggets.
