Lay 2 layers of Clingwrap on working top. Arrange 7 to 8 strips of Turkey Bacon overlapping each strips, in the center of the clingwrap. Gently spread the minced meat on top of the Turkey Bacon evenly.
Spread mushrooms on top of the minced meat, leaving 1 inch at each corner. Cut Mozzarella into sticks and place it on top.
Gently, lift up the clingwrap, roll the meat into a round loaf like a Roulade. Put the meatloaf into the freezer for 20mins to let it set.
Put meatloaf onto UltraPro 800ml, gently remove the clingwrap from the meatloaf. Arrange Potatoes mixed with Paprika, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper at the side of the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf covered for 25mins at preheated oven 200 Degree Celsius, remove cover and bake for another 25mins.
