Instructions

Method

  1. Mince beef cubes using Fusion Master Mincer.

  2. Boil peeled potatoes in whole till soft, mince cooked potatoes using cleaned Fusion Master Mincer.

  3. Stir-fry minced beef with fish sauce in Inspire Saucepan 2.0L.

  4. In a big bowl, mix minced potatoes, cooked minced chicken, and the rest of the ingredients except eggs. Mix well.

  5. Take one heaped tablespoon (around 50g each) of mixed potato, form into round shape and lightly press down to shape the potato patty.

  6. Coat potato patty with beaten eggs evenly, deep-fry the potato patty until golden brown.

  7. Suggestion : Beef can be replaced with chicken.

  • 750 g Potatoes, preferably Indonesian Brastagii
  • 50 g Fried Shallots
  • 200 g Beef Cubes
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Beaten Eggs, for deep frying
  • 2 Sprig Onions
  • 2 Sprig Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt, or more to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper, or more to taste
