Method
Put Bak Kwa into Extra Chef, give it a few pull and Bak Kwa is nicely chopped. Remove Bak Kwa bits from Extra Chef.
With the same Extra Chef, add in all other ingredients in. Give it a few pull until all ingredients are well combined. Add in Bak Kwa bits and give it another few pull.
Pour the crumbs into That’s A Bowl. With both palms, press the crumbs together to form a dough.
Put the dough in a clingwrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Put refrigerated cookie dough into Fusion Master Mincer with Sausage Insert attached. This will be able to roll out a longish shape cookie dough.
Cut the longish cookie dough into even portion (about 10g each). Roll the dough into balls and place it on Silicon Baking Sheet.
Brush a thin layer of Egg Yolk mixture on top of each cookies and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 Degree Celsius for 15mins.
Remove cookies from the oven, brush another layer of Egg Yolk mixture, and let it bake for another 5mins , or more, to achieve golden color.

- 70 g Icing Sugar
- 400 g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Whole Egg
- 130 g Bak Kwa
