Beat the heat with a fruity treat

- Chopped fruit * (Choose 1 option for fruit quantity)
- 5 cup of raspberries/blueberries/ strawberries
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 4 cups seedless watermelon
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- Stir sugar and water over high heat until mixture boils and sugar has dissolved. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and leave it to cool.
- Puree your chopped fruit and mix it in a bowl with the sugar syrup.
- Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and freeze for 7-8 hours.
- Mash the frozen mixture and beat with a whisk for two minutes. Freeze for 3 more hours and enjoy!
- Substitute chopped fruit with 3 cups of any fruit juice.
