Ingredients (2 people):
- 500 g watermelon (cubed) (±2 cups)
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2 limes (plus 1 more lime sliced for garnish)
- 350 ml seltzer water (±12 oz)
Add some cubed watermelon to the Juist and press down with the plunger to juice. Repeat with remaining watermelon. Discard any pulp or seeds.
Add mint leaves and gently muddle with the plunger, then add to the watermelon juice.
Cut limes in half, flip the collar of the Juist then juice the limes.
Pour over a glass of ice and top with seltzer water.
